Emeka Iwu is an IT professional with hands on experience building Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory infrastructure and ServiceNow applications from the ground up, all documented with real screenshots and honest write-ups.

His portfolio covers two completed home lab projects. The first is a Windows Server 2022 Active Directory environment on Hyper-V with dual Domain Controllers, Group Policy, hybrid identity and Azure AD Join. The second extends it into Microsoft 365, covering Entra Connect, Intune device management across Windows, iOS and macOS, Exchange Online, Defender for Business, Windows Autopilot and Azure Arc. A third project connecting both environments to a live ServiceNow CMDB through a MID Server is in progress.

He holds ITIL v4 Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, CIS-CMDB, AWS Solutions Architect Associate and AZ-900, and is currently on placement at The Process Play, a ServiceNow Premier Partner.

Before moving into IT he spent several years in frontline clincial support. That experience is why he takes documentation seriously, communicates clearly under pressure, listens attentively and thinks about the person on the other side of the support ticket.

He is actively looking for a role where he can contribute from day one.
