 Project Overview

MediCheck is a project designed to explore solutions for verifying medicine authenticity in West Africa. The concept leverages blockchain technology and QR scanning to empower users with a secure, accessible verification method to combat counterfeit drugs.

My Contributions

• User Research: Conducted in-depth research to understand the challenges of counterfeit medicine and user pain points.

• Product Strategy: Collaborated with the team to define features like offline functionality, user-friendly verification, and education on counterfeit risks.

Key Outcomes & Learnings

•  Developed a conceptual framework for a scalable digital solution to enhance medicine verification.

• Refined the user journey based on findings, improving clarity and accessibility for potential implementation.

• Proposed future enhancements, including AI-driven counterfeit detection and multilingual support for broader reach.

This was a theoretical project, designed to explore UX research and product strategy for tackling counterfeit medicine challenges.
